This affects all of us.  In Maryland alone, 193 Million Dollars is lost in tax revenue to the state due to the lack of young parents and young generation parents working to contribute their tax participation.  In addition, 43 Million Dollars per year, per each class of those who dropped out of high school, is spent in the incarceration system and the welfare system to pay for our growing number of young families.
